Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advised gaming start-up Machinations.io on a 3.3 million USD Series A Financing. The funding round was led by Hiro Capital – European VC fund focused on Technology and especially on the gaming sector – and included GapMinder (who first invested in Machinations.io in 2020 and who continued to support the founders due to the uniqueness of the product they created), as well as Acequia Capital and Venrex Investment Management.

Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advises Cyscale software developer and VC Fund GapMinder on a 3M EUR Seed funding round. On this complex cross border deal SAA had a double role and acted under a “Chinese Wall” set-up for both the investee (Cyscale) and one of the investors (GapMinder Venture Partners).
