Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advised GapMinder Venture Partners on its investment in Druid AI-driven chatbots, a company specialized in conversational technology. The financing round which raised USD 2.5M was led by GapMinder and also included another local VC Fund, Early Game Ventures, already an investor in Druid.
This complex matter was dealt with an SAA team which included Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat (who also took the lead), Partner Cristina Man, Senior Associate Sandra Frunzulica, Associate Roxana Ioncu, Managing Associate Anca Ulea on Employment matters and Associate Madalina Spataru on IP related ones.
