Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law advises Catalyst Romania Fund II as the lead on its EUR 2.3 million investment in Footprints AI. The financing round led by Catalyst Romania Fund II, which totalled EUR 2.3 million, will be used to develop and expand the largest retail media network in CEE. In addition to Catalyst Romania, the round included SeedBlink and other private investors.
This matter was managed by an SAA team led by Partner and Head of Venture Capital, Cristina Man, which also included Associate Cezara Mitea and Managing Associate Anca Ulea in the Employment group.
