Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advised GapMinder Venture Partners on a follow on investment in Romanian self-improvement start-up Deepstash. The financing round was led by London based VC fund Connect Ventures and totaled USD 3 million, which will be used by the company to finance the further development of its platform with a view to boost the number of users. In addition to GapMinder, the round also included Cultivate Capital, as well as other European and American angel investors.
The Stratulat Albulescu team was made up by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and Managing Associate Cristina Man, both with extensive experience in Venture Capital and Technology M&A.
