Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advised Catalyst Romania Fund II on its investment in the EUR 2M equity funding round of EdTech platform Adservio. The funds will be used to accelerate the expansion on the local and international markets, to expand the company’s portfolio of clients and partners, as well as for the development of new features.
This complex matter was managed by an SAA team led by Partner Cristina Man, which also included: Managing Associate Anca Ulea, who handled employment and management aspects, Managing Associate Elena Stan, who was in charge of the Intellectual Property related matters, and Associate Adina Popescu.
