Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advised the logistics company ESP Solutions on the Romanian elements related to the acquisition of the Autransa Group, a family-owned company with more than 40 years of tradition, specialized in temperature-controlled cargo.
The Stratulat Albulescu team advising on the Romanian law elements of the transaction was led by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and also included Counsel Raluca Gabor, Senior Associate Amanda Csaki, and Associate Cezara Mitea.
