A Corporate and M&A Group at SAA advised Walden Group – the European leader in transport in healthcare – on its acquisition of the Romanian target.The acquisition of Alex Transport follows Walden’s’ strategy to expand and continue its growth in other European territories with a view to make best use of cross recommendation to existing clients once the last mile network for direct deliveries to Pharmacies and Hospitals comes to life.
