SAA advised Rockpool on all Romanian elements of the transaction whereby the latter invested in EC Electronics, an electronics manufacturing service provider for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and product innovators in the UK and Europe, including in Romania where they operate production facilities in the South-West of the country.
