Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advised TripStax Technologies on the acquisition of B2B hotel booking platform Hotelzon Romania. The acquisition will boost TripStax’s existing modular offering with a hotel booking tool. It will also enable the company to manage hotel booking data across several channels alongside its existing air content.
