Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law had advised International Chemical Investors Group – a well-known industrial group with sales in excess of EUR 3.6 billion and more than 6,800 employees worldwide – on the acquisition of a dormant bioethanol production site in Podari, Dolj County, from Clariant Group, one of the world’s leading specialty chemical companies.
