Associate
Vladut is an Associate in our Corporate and M&A department, having joined the firm in October 2024.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Law 2023 from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of Bucharest Bar since September of the same year. To further enhance his expertise, Vladut completed a master’s degree in Business Law at the same institution.
During his university years, Vladut developed a strong interest in corporate and commercial law, gaining valuable experience through a series of internships.
