Our corporate governance team regularly advises clients on all aspects of corporate governance, ensuring our clients benefit from, and maintain, a comprehensive governance framework. From day-to-day general corporate support to identifying the company format and corporate governance structures that best suit the needs of our clients’ business and the relevant industry sector, we offer expert advice that is tailored to each individual client.
We assist in all aspects of company incorporation, regardless of the type of company (eg. limited liability, joint stock etc), as well as with all corporate changes through the life cycle of a company ranging from equity capital operations to debt-to-equity swaps and changes in corporate bodies. We are also actively involved in updating and revising articles of association to ensure their compliance with mandatory legal provisions, and the implementation of best practices for corporate governance documentation.
