As of February 17th, Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law is pleased to announce the appointment of Partner Andreea Serban in the firm’s Financial Services and Mergers & Acquisitions departments.
A highly respected legal expert with extensive experience in Financial Services and an impressive track record in acting on acquisitions in this sector, including and in particular in relation to NPL portfolios, Andreea will help strengthen both SAA’s Financial Services and M&A practices. Within the M&A department, Andreea will lead a fourth group, adding to the existing three led by Silviu Stratulat, Cristina Man and Raluca Gabor, the two latter each having a strong sector focus (Tech/VC and Energy).
