Razvan joined our team in the Dispute Resolution department in October 2023, as an Associate.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in the year 2019, and then from the master’s program “European Union Law” at the same faculty in 2020. He also attended the courses from the Psycho-pedagogical Module, level 1 at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Bucharest, and graduated in 2018.

He was a volunteer in ELSA “The European Law Students’ Association” throughout his student years at the university.

Prior to working with SAA, Razvan collaborated with a law firm that specializes in white-collar crime, but having diverse clients, its activity included more practice areas. He practiced law in areas such as Civil Law, Corporate, and Dispute Resolution, one of the firm’s important clients having its main activity domain in sale of movable cultural goods and organizing cultural exhibitions.

In terms of Dispute Resolution, Razvan successfully represented the firm’s clients in front of different national courts, from Bucharest and outside the city, in opposition with other legal or natural persons, as well as with different public authorities.

Razvan is a well-determined person, organized, and keen on broadening his horizon in terms of knowledge in Dispute Resolution activity.

He has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since October 2020, when he started working as a lawyer, and in November 2022 he passed the final Bar Exam and became a fully qualified lawyer.
