Associate
Raoul joined our firm in April 2025 as an Associate in our Corporate/M&A department.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the West University of Timisoara in the summer of 2024. Throughout Law School, was deeply involved in different academic activities, from organising seminars and conferences to participating in national and international moot court competitions.
Raoul is currently enrolled in the British Law Centre Diploma in English Law and Legal Skills. He worked in the public sector for a Romanian member of parliament, participated in different banking & finance-oriented internships and also worked as a lawyer in the sector. After consolidating a foundation in transactional law, from a banking & finance perspective, he decided to pursue a corporate / M&A trajectory.
Raoul passed the Bar exam in September 2024, and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since December 2024.
