Mihail is Partner in our Stratulat Albulescu office in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
Prior to joining us, Mihail worked in the banking sector in the Republic of Moldova, for a French private bank, representing bank’s interests in various relations with the State.
Mihail has been practising law for over 13 years, being specialized in commercial, IT, intellectual property and corporate law. Mihail usually advises foreign and domestic clients with incorporation of commercial companies, representation of foreign investors before state institutions, banking and regulatory institutions.
Mihail holds a master’s degree in law from the State University of Moldova and also a bachelor’s degree from the State University of the Republic of Moldova, specializing in Economic Law.
Having a strong knowledge of commercial law, Mihai is also active in the field of information technology, offering specialized legal advice in IT to residents of IT parks, as well as to IT foreign investors in the Republic of Moldova.
With a passion for IT, legal and practical expertise in this field, Mihail is one of the co-authors of the amendments to the Law on the IT Park in the Republic of Moldova.
