Mihai is part of our TMT and Competition teams since October 2022.
Mihai has a double degree in law, graduating both from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest in 2022, as well as from the Faculty of Law at the University Paris I Panthéon – Sorbonne in 2021. In addition to the standard curriculum, he also attended courses on Intellectual Property and Competition Law.
During his legal education, Mihai participated in several internships at Romanian and international law firms. He was also an active volunteer of The European Law Students’ Association.
He is a member of the Bucharest Bar and the Romanian Bar Association since September 2022.
