Senior Associate
Mihai joined is a Senior Associate and he is currently working in one of the two task groups within the Dispute Resolution department.
Mihai is a talented litigator with a solid track record of work in various high profile cases that entailed unconstitutionality and unconventionality pleas, focusing on civil and administrative litigation. A passionate and hardworking lawyer, Mihai has also extensive experience in cases brought in front of the European Court for Human Rights.
The desire to become a lawyer was acquired during the faculty by winning the mock trials and through the national competitions in which he represented the University of Constanta, Faculty of Law.
He graduated from Ovidius University of Constanta, Faculty of Public Administration in 2015 and Faculty of Law in 2016 and in 2017 he gained a Master’s degree in European Civil Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Mihai has an additional Master’s degree in Employment Law, Employment and Industrial Relation from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law in 2020.
