Associate
Leia joined our firm in October 2024 as an Associate in our Competition and TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) groups.
She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iasi, graduating in 2023. In July 2024, she furthered her legal education by earning a Master’s degree in Public Procurement, Concessions, and Public-Private Partnerships from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest.
During her undergraduate studies, Leia was actively involved in the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) Romania, where she served as Treasurer for two consecutive terms. A highlight of her academic journey was participating in a year-long ERASMUS+ exchange at Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, Germany, where she was a member of the Telders Moot Court Competition team.
Her interest in Competition Law deepened during her LL.M., culminating in her dissertation on State Aid in Energy Infrastructure Public Contracts.
She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since September 2024.
