Associate
Karina joined our firm in November 2024 as an Associate in the Corporate/M&A department.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law from Babes-Bolyai University in the summer of 2021. To deepen her expertise, Karina pursued a master’s degree in Business Accounting and Auditing and completed a series of specialized courses on topics such as FinTech law, cybersecurity, privacy law, and artificial intelligence.
She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since September 2024.
