With over 8 years of experience in the real estate field acting as in-house lawyer for two of the most important developers on the Romanian real estate market, namely Immofinanz Group and CTP Group, Irina gained extensive industry knowledge while being responsible for overseeing the companies` legal operations in Romania.
Irina’s activity focused on providing legal advice with respect to drafting, structuring, negotiating and revision of a wide range of contracts with emphasis on retail, office and logistics leases, construction, development, and facility management agreements for real estate properties that have been successfully implemented, as well as on planning and permitting matters, corporate matters, including incorporation, management changes and share transfer agreements.
With remarkable research and analytical skills, accompanied by in-depth knowledge, Irina helps clients achieve their business targets and provides an effective solution to each legal matter addressed to her to mitigate relevant risks.
Irina has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2010.
