Associate
Florin is an associate in the Corporate/ Mergers and Acquisitions and in the Energy and Infrastructure groups.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, as well as from the Master’s program “Private Law” of the same faculty, whilst being a member of Bucharest Bar Association since 2019.
Prior to working with SAA, Florin collaborated with a renowned law firm in Bucharest and he gained expertise in both legal counsel and dispute resolution.
In the course of his professional activity, he has been involved in complex projects and litigation in commercial and corporate law, administrative law, public procurement, civil law, energy, labor law and criminal law.
In terms of legal counsel work, among others, Florin has managed the legal department of a renowned music festival in Romania and has assisted numerous companies, some of which operated in the energy sector, in their incorporation and reorganization procedures, as well as in their daily activities.
During the course of his dispute resolution activity, he successfully represented numerous public authorities in proceedings disputing financial corrections applied to them during the performance of several public procurement contracts financed by the European Union through non-reimbursable funds.
At the same time, he successfully represented both legal entities and natural persons, in opposition to various public authorities and institutions, obtaining the annulment of various administrative acts of a regulatory and/or individual nature that were harmful to the respective legal entities and natural persons.
