Associate
Diana joined our firm in October 2022, as an Associate in our Corporate/M&A department.
Diana graduated from both the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and The French-Romanian Law College of European Studies. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s studies in Business Law at the Nicolae Titulescu University.
During her legal studies, Diana participated in internships at famous law firms, competed in moot court competitions and got involved in volunteering, thus consolidating her practical skills.
She is a member of the Bucharest Bar and the Romanian Bar Associations since September 2022.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:
- Advised Stera Chemicals, a leader in the distribution of chemical raw materials, on the sale of 70% of their stake in Stera Chemicals to OQEMA Group, one of the ten largest European chemical distributors.
