Associate
David joined our firm in July 2023 as an Associate in our TMT & Intellectual Property departments.
Prior to joining our team, David has gained legal expertise both as a paralegal within a boutique law firm and as in-house counsel for a reputable Tech firm. He has been involved in several complex projects in the technology field, particularly focusing on IT agreements and matters related to data protection. David has also provided legal assistance to clients on various matters, ranging from intellectual property rights and media-related concerns to contract negotiations and other day-to-day corporate, real estate and employment matters.
David graduated from the Faculty of Law and has further obtained Master’s Degrees in “Business Law” and “EU and International Private Law” from Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest, thereby gaining extensive legal knowledge in the field of business law at both EU and international levels.
He has been a member of the Bucharest Bar and the Romanian Bar Association since September 2022.
