Senior Associate
Daiana is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department of SAA. She has been a member of our team since 2016, being a valuable and team-oriented player and a very capable real estate legal professional.
She is an outstanding asset with our foreign clients due to her multicultural origins and her familiarity with many languages including Romanian, English, Spanish, Arabic and French. She graduated from one of Bucharest’s most prestigious high schools, the Lycée Français Anna de Noailles.
Daiana’s recent work in our Real Estate practice area includes acting for World Class Romania – the largest fitness group in our country – on several lease agreements, acting for Corporate Finance House Group (CFH) on the acquisition of one of the largest office buildings in Bucharest, extending over 19,000 sq. m., acting for Hagag on the Victoriei 139 and Eliade developments, and many others.
By working with clients from a varied range of activity sectors, Daiana has developed in-depth knowledge of the Romanian market and the trends that our clients face in their sector and as a result Daiana offers efficient and effective advice to our clients in order to protect their rights.
She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar and the Romanian Bar Association since 2017, being the youngest lawyer of her generation.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:
- Advised Keys REIM on the sale of an uncompleted building in the historic centre of Bucharest to One United Properties.
- Advised Element Industrial on the lease of 16,000 sq.m. of warehouse premises in Eli Park 3 to FERRO Romania.
- Advised Resource Partners on the sale of World Class, the undisputed leader of the fitness industry in Romania, to African Industries Group.
- Advised Mr. Ionut Negoita on the acquisition of a 10 ha plot of land located in the East of Bucharest.
- Advised Cordia International Hungary – part of Futureal Group Hungary – on the acquisition of 21.000 sq. m. land plot in the Grivita Lake area, part of the Bucurestii Noi region of Bucharest.
- Advised Societe Generale through its service center subsidiary, Societe Generale European Business Services on the lease of 10,500 sq.m. in the third building of Skanska’s Campus 6 development.
- Advised Corporate Finance House Group on the acquisition of the Day Tower building, one of the largest office buildings in Bucharest, extending over 19,000 sq.m. and with an 11,753 sq.m. gross leasable area.
- Advised London Partners on the acquisition of a plot with an approximate area of 29,000 sq.m., located in the Expozitiei Area.
- Advised World Class Romania on the acquisition of a new fitness club that covers almost 1,300 sq. m. of aerobic, fitness and cycling studios, as well as functional training areas.
- Advised Teads on the lease of their new office premises.
- Advised World Class Romania on all legal aspects, including with the acquisition of a new fitness location in the western part of Bucharest, within AFI Palace Cotroceni.
