Managing Associate
Daiana is a Managing Associate in the Real Estate department of SAA. She has been an invaluable member of our team since 2016, standing out in her generation as the youngest lawyer in the Bar and is recognized for her exceptional skills in real estate law. With a keen understanding of client needs and team-oriented approach further enhance her contributions she further enhances our practice.
Her multicultural origins and proficiency in multiple languages, including Romanian, English, Spanish, Arabic and French make her an exceptional asset when working with our foreign clients.
Daiana has extensive experience in lease relationships on both landlord and tenant sides, covering retail, logistics, office, and built-to-suit lease agreements. She also represents investors and developers, structuring and negotiating transactions (including partnerships) for the development of residential and mixed-use projects, as well as retail parks and logistics parks.
In addition to her Real Estate experience, Daiana has also gained experience in M&A projects, especially with foreign clients due to her language skills. She has also developed the education law sector within our firm, specializing in this industry.
Through her work with diverse clients, Daiana has gained in-depth knowledge of the Romanian market and sector-specific trends, enabling her to provide efficient and effective advice to safeguard our clients’ rights.
She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar and the Romanian Bar Association since 2017.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:
- Advised World Class, the market leader of the Romanian health, fitness and wellness industry, on the lease of 2,450 sq. m. within Moldova Mall in Iasi.
- Advised ELI Parks on the lease of approx. 4,500 sq.m. of logistics and office premises in Eli Park 4 to Sika.
- Advised Keys REIM on the sale of an uncompleted building in the historic centre of Bucharest to One United Properties.
- Advised Element Industrial on the lease of 16,000 sq.m. of warehouse premises in Eli Park 3 to FERRO Romania.
- Advised Resource Partners on the sale of World Class, the undisputed leader of the fitness industry in Romania, to African Industries Group.
- Advised Mr. Ionut Negoita on the acquisition of a 10 ha plot of land located in the East of Bucharest.
- Advised Cordia International Hungary – part of Futureal Group Hungary – on the acquisition of 21.000 sq. m. land plot in the Grivita Lake area, part of the Bucurestii Noi region of Bucharest.
- Advised Societe Generale through its service center subsidiary, Societe Generale European Business Services on the lease of 10,500 sq.m. in the third building of Skanska’s Campus 6 development.
- Advised Corporate Finance House Group on the acquisition of the Day Tower building, one of the largest office buildings in Bucharest, extending over 19,000 sq.m. and with an 11,753 sq.m. gross leasable area.
- Advised London Partners on the acquisition of a plot with an approximate area of 29,000 sq.m., located in the Expozitiei Area.
- Advised World Class Romania on the acquisition of a new fitness club that covers almost 1,300 sq. m. of aerobic, fitness and cycling studios, as well as functional training areas.
- Advised Teads on the lease of their new office premises.
- Advised World Class Romania on all legal aspects, including with the acquisition of a new fitness location in the western part of Bucharest, within AFI Palace Cotroceni.
