Associate
Cezara joined our firm in October 2022 as an Associate in our Corporate and M&A department.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. During her college years, Cezara discovered and has pursued her interest in civil and commercial law. In doing so, she took part in moot court competitions focused on these areas and took internships at many law firms in order to gain practical experience that would come in handful once she would have became a lawyer.
Cezara is a member of the Bucharest Bar since September 2022.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:
- Advised US-based Kiteworks on the acquisition of 123FormBuilder, a leader in secure and modernized web forms and form-driven workflows.
- Advised the logistics company ESP Solutions on the Romanian elements related to the acquisition of Autransa Group.
- Advised US-based American Industrial Partners on the Romanian elements related to the acquisition of Veoneer ‘s Restraint Control Systems business.
- Advised Stera Chemicals, a leader in the distribution of chemical raw materials, on the sale of 70% of their stake in Stera Chemicals to OQEMA Group, one of the ten largest European chemical distributors.
