Senior Associate
Bogdan is part of our Employment team. He is a dynamic, responsive and adaptable young lawyer, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. He demonstrates great attention to detail, the ability to analyse situations clearly and concisely and to make sound decisions under any and all circumstances.
Bogdan advises our clients on many important employment law cases in Romania and abroad. He is an experienced employment lawyer who usually deals with the drafting of different types of documents, such as: individual employment agreements, addenda, internal regulations, internal policies, termination agreements, etc. Bogdan was also involved in complex and sensitive issues such as disciplinary dismissals, business restructurings, lay-off procedures.
He graduated from the University of Bucharest’s Faculty of Law in 2017 and in 2018 gained a Master’s degree in Judicial Career from the same university.
Bogdan also graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University Paris I Panthéon – Sorbonne in 2016 and has an additional Master’s degree in European business law from the same university.
During his legal education, Bogdan undertook several internships with Romanian and international law firms, including ours in 2016, where he predominantly practised litigation, labour law and intellectual property law.
In 2015, he attended an ERASMUS programme in France for 6 months at the University Aix- Marseille III Faculty of Law.
Bogdan is a member of the Bucharest Bar and the Romanian Bar Association since 2018.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:
- Advised Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalization of Romania on the merger between Orange Romania and Orange Romania Communications (previously Telekom Romania Communications).
Advised sennder on the acquisition of C.H. Robinson’s European surface transportation operations.
Advised Motion Equity Partners on the Romanian employment component of its investment in Educastream.
- Advised SIBS, from an employment perspective, on the acquisition of Wirecard companies in Romania, namely Wirecard Romania (previously Provus Service Provider), Romcard and Supercard Solutions & Services.
