With more than 16 years of experience in criminal law, Bodgan is a Partner and heads the White-Collar Crime practice area of Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law.
During his professional career, Bogdan assisted and represented clients before all the courts of the Romanian judicial system, over a wide range of matters, being involved especially in complex cases of financial and economic crimes.
His expertise covers all areas of criminal law including but not limited to tax fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, bankruptcy, investigations and organized crime groups.
Bogdan has excellent abilities to assess facts and issues and has a particularly unique skill set in that he also defends clients in the Criminal Courts, knowing exactly the way in which the Prosecutors and Judges work and what they focus on in such cases.
He has been a member of the Bar and the Romanian Bar Association since 2005.
