Andreea joined SAA as a Senior Associate in the TMT department.
Before joining SAA, Andreea collaborated for over 6 years in TMT projects in some of the most important law firms in Romania and over 9 years in one of the largest investment funds in the country.
Andreea has accumulated a wide professional experience in various practice areas such as technology, IT, personal data protection, intellectual property, advertising and media, commercial, as well as consumer protection.
Andreea has assisted both national and international clients on issues related to compliance with personal data protection regulations and applicable international standards, security incidents, and protection of intellectual property rights, as well as providing assistance in technology and IT transactions. She also advises clients on a regular basis on Tech projects concerning the development, transfer, and protection of rights held.
Her wide experience includes assisting clients in various industries such as IT, online, retail, telecom, healthcare, banking, and FMCG.
Her work also includes providing consultancy in the day-to-day business activities of clients. Andreea uses her experience in representing clients before authorities and courts in administrative and judicial proceedings in her consultancy work.
Andreea has been an Intellectual Property Attorney – Trademarks and Geographical Indications since 2013.
Andreea has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations since 2011.
