Associate
Alina joined our firm in October 2024 as an Associate in the Corporate and M&A department. She is a communicative and dynamic individual, dedicated to solving problems in an efficient and creative manner.
A member of the Bucharest Bar since 2019, Alina has primarily focused on consultancy work, while also representing clients in court and before public institutions and authorities. She has been involved in projects across various legal fields, including civil law, commercial law, medical law, labor law, and immigration law.
Prior to joining our team, Alina gained experience in industries such as automotive, healthcare, fitness & nutrition, and education.
