Managing Associate
Alina is a Managing Associate with our Banking and Finance Department.
Having an experience of more than 11 years in the legal consultancy, Alina has a creative approach and result-oriented, her expertise covering banking and finance law, mainly being involved in complex national and cross-border financing projects.
Furthermore, Alina is also experienced in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as data protection and employment law, throughout her career, assisting clients from various industries in complex projects. Alina has assisted clients in due diligence projects, share deals, asset deals, mergers, spin-offs, reorganizations, exit strategies, drafting and negotiating shareholders agreements, as well as day-to-day legal assistance.
