Alexandru is an Associate within our Competition and TMT practice groups. He is a young, dynamic and brilliant lawyer, with a prominent role in our team, assisting clients on a wide range of matters. Alexandru is also a huge enthusiast of IT & Tech industry, its trends and legal issues that may arise in such industry.
Over the years, Alexandru has gained extensive experience in dealing with Competition legal matters for our clients. He is dedicated to ensuring that businesses of all sizes navigate the complexities of competition law with confidence. He has advised our clients on antitrust matters, investigations in front of the Romanian Competition Council, State Aid procedures and regulatory compliance. Additionally, he has experience in assisting our clients in completion of M&A transactions by conducting relevant merger control and foreign direct investment assessments and filing the notifications with the relevant authorities.
Alexandru has advised both national and international companies on a wide range of issues including software applications development, copyright securing and enforcement of intellectual property rights, consumer protection compliance, social media, e-commerce and advertising matters, as well as drafting and negotiating various agreements, including franchises, IP assignments, as well as transfer of the IP assets.
