Associate
Adriana is an Associate within our Corporate and Commercial/ M&A practice areas, having gained experience in corporate matters, from day-to-day legal advice to our clients on corporate and commercial matters, assistance with incorporation, functioning and liquidation of companies, to handling due diligence exercises and drafting transaction documents.
Adriana also advises clients on EU and local laws and regulations relating to technology developments and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Stratulat Albulescu team, she collaborated with an acclaimed law firm from Bucharest, where she was involved in complex projects on corporate and commercial, IP & data protection and TMT.
Adriana graduated from the Faculty of Law, Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest and has a Master’s Degree in “Business Law” from the same faculty. Adriana also graduated from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of International Business and Economics.
