With more than 11 years of experience, Miruna Enache (Managing Associate) specializes in real estate and construction, agribusiness, energy, infrastructure, and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining our firm, Miruna was part of the Reff & Associates team and previously worked at RTPR and Schoenherr.
In recent years, she advised on high-profile transactions across Central and Eastern Europe, especially on numerous residential, office, and retail projects developed in Romania and across the region.

Catalin Roman (Managing Associate) is a distinguished professional with more than 13 years of experience in providing employment advice to local and multinational companies.
Prior to join SAA, Catalin coordinated the employment department at Kinstellar locally and firm wide, having previously led the employment local practice of Noerr.
He regularly advises on all facets of employment law, including hiring, dismissals, redundancies, key employee terminations, internal policies and compliance, mass layoff strategies, trade union negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, and employment disputes.
With his extensive experience and proven track record, Catalin is exceptionally well-suited to coordinate projects and navigate the complexities of this ever-evolving field.
Catalin is also a regular contributor to legal publications, with several articles on employment law, and frequently speaks at specialized conferences.
