SAA has advised Express Euroscan, one of the leading Romanian companies in the field of domestic and international heavy tonnage transportation, on the acquisition of Denis Spedition SRL and Denis Spedition GMBH – two refrigerated cargo transport companies.
This strategic acquisition is aimed at increasing the turnover of Express Euroscan by at least 25%.
With over 18 years of experience in the field of international heavy tonnage transportation, Express Euroscan (www.expresseuroscan.com) collaborates with numerous leading companies in the European transport market and has been named “The most efficient transport company” for the past four years in the Moldova region, covering more than 25,000 industry vehicles.
Founded in 2006, Denis Spedition SRL, together with Denis Spedition GMBH (established in 2020), collectively owns a fleet of 40 refrigerated trucks dedicated to food and pharmaceutical transport, serving both the import/export market and domestic transport within Germany. According to the Ministry of Finance’s website, Denis Spedition recorded a turnover of 25.2 million lei in the previous year.
Stratulat Albulescu team was led by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and Counsel Raluca Gabor, while the Express Euroscan team included Ovidiu Placinta, Nelu Placinta, and LCL Advisory.
