A Corporate and M&A Group at SAA advised the logistics company ESP Solutions on the Romanian elements related to the acquisition of the Autransa Group, a family-owned company with more than 40 years of tradition, specialized in temperature-controlled cargo.
The deal will allow ESP Solutions to strengthen the group’s presence in North Africa – where they have several active headquarters – and consolidate its leadership in temperature-controlled transport and logistics.
ESP Solutions (https://espsolutions.eu/en/) is a global logistic operator, that provides integral logistics services and brings the possibility of tracking shipments.
Founded in 1975, Autransa Group (https://www.autransasl.com/) has developed in different types of traffic: from container transport to specializing in international transport of temperature-controlled merchandise, transport of high-quality hanging and packaged goods, general cargo and special transport.
The Stratulat Albulescu team advising on the Romanian law elements of the transaction was led by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and also included Counsel Raluca Gabor, Senior Associate Amanda Csaki, and Associate Cezara Mitea. Partner Andrei Albulescu led the team handling Employment related matters, where Managing Associate Anca Ulea and Associate Camelia Panaite were also involved.
