SAA has advised Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque – part of CVA Group, one of the leading Italian companies in the renewable energy sector, on the acquisition of Sunnerg Group, a general contractor for renewable energy projects, active in several jurisdictions including Romania.
CVA (www.cvaspa.it/en) is one of the most important Italian companies in the green energy sector and the only integrated producer operating exclusively on renewables sources: water, wind and sun. The CVA Group produces about three billion kWh per year of clean energy: 2.9 billion kWh of hydropower, 320 million kWh of wind power and 17 million kWh of photovoltaic power.
Sunnerg Group (www.sunnerg.com/) is a general contractor and service provider specialised in the design and implementation of important B2B projects in the renewable energy market. With over 50 projects in 5 different countries, the company offers complete services, from construction up to connection and maintenance.
