A multidisciplinary team led by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat advised Mitel Group, a Canadian company and global market leader in communication on the Romanian elements of the acquisition of Unify (the Unified Communications and Collaboration and Communication and Collaboration Services) from Atos Group.
