Overview
Agricultural law considers the role of Government in agriculture as well as transactional issues such as contracts, leasing, marketing and storing of commodities and the issues confronting landlords and developers in the farming industry. As with many other industries, globalisation is impacting and changing agriculture. International markets in this industry present enormous growth opportunities in the coming decade.
Our agricultural lawyers understand the commercial drivers and challenges facing the industry and we work with our clients to help them achieve their business objectives, protect existing interests and maximise opportunities.
